We perform a measured takeoff directly from your drawings. Every quantity is traceable back to a marked-up PDF or model — no black-box numbers.

Pricing & labour model
Rates are applied from your own pricing book where provided, or from our reference rates. Labour hours and cycle times are modelled against your crew.

Review & handover
A working session with your estimator or PM to walk through assumptions, sensitivities and scope gaps. You leave with a tender-ready pack.
