The Inner West is infill. Co-living and boarding house developments in Strathfield, Burwood and Ashfield, usually a basement, a post-tensioned ground slab and three or four levels above. A co-living block in Strathfield, one basement plus a post-tensioned ground floor and three levels, measured as a formwork tender package with set-downs, hobs, upstands and columns per level and the walls run continuous through the door openings. A four-storey residential building over a multi-level basement in Botany, with a 1,230 square metre raft slab and a hydrostatic slab on ground, billed as formwork, concrete and steel. A dual occupancy with two pools in Caringbah South, priced as a detailed trade-by-trade estimate across 21 trade sections. A supermarket site and external roundabout in Tahmoor, billed as a civil tender in the tender's four package structure.
